The Macawi blower is engineered for exceptional durability in demanding ventilation environments. Since 2013, a dedicated test setup has been running under normal ventilation conditions. By mid-2014, the setup expanded to 16 blowers, which have now accumulated over 90,000 hours of runtime.
A Weibull analysis based on extensive long-term data confirms an L10 lifetime of over 60,000 hours, meaning 90% of blowers are expected to exceed this runtime under standard operating conditions.
Complementing this, extensive HAST testing at module level, along with consistently positive service feedback from the field, reinforces the exceptional durability of our product. This proven reliability has led some customers to confidently offer lifetime guarantees to their end-users.
Important note: continuous operation at elevated motor temperatures (above 50 °C) may reduce blower lifetime.
