We are looking for a long-lasting and fruitful partnership with our customers. As DEMCON macawi respiratory systems has been delivering and supporting a growing base of customers, we asked them to give their honest opinion about our technology and about our customer support activities. Many customers replied to the Customer Survey and, with a few exemptions, the responses were (very) positive.
In the meantime we have contacted a number of customers, who asked for detailed information regarding specific topics. The responses about the Macawi products, Macawi Turbine Blower and Macawi Respiratory Module, will be a valuable input in defining a strategic roadmap for our future innovative Macawi products.
